About the day
A first-of-its-kind day, built around the children we serve.
This is a community event for children with disabilities and the families who love them. The day combines aviation, family support, and quiet, careful inclusion, the kind that lets kids explore at their own pace.
Holiday Airways handles the flying, pilots, aircraft, safety, and waivers. Believing Is Achieving handles the family side, registration, coordination, volunteers, and making sure the day feels designed for our kids, not retrofitted for them.
We want families to leave feeling inspired, supported, and connected, and to know that what's possible for their child is bigger than they may have been told.
Why this event, from us
A BCBA-led practice that shows up for families.
Most of the autism services landscape is being bought up by private equity. We're not that. Believing Is Achieving is family-owned, BCBA-led, and built around the actual day-to-day life of the families we serve in Chicagoland.
This event is an extension of how we work: free, careful, family-first, and done because it matters, not because it converts.
BCBA-led practice
Our founder is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who personally oversees clinical direction and quality. You'll be matched with a qualified clinician on our team, with BCBA oversight every step of the way.
Family-owned, not private equity
We're a small, independent practice. No outside investors, no growth quotas, no pressure to fill hours. We grow only as fast as we can hire and supervise the right people.
Here to help, not to scale
We measure success by the child sitting in front of us, not by quarterly targets. Families help choose their therapist, and we don't assign one and disappear.
